Strategic Partnership Manager (Statewide)
The Strategic Partnership Manager (SPM) is newly developed position that will bring relationships and relevance into the classroom through employer connections in local iJAG communities across the state! iJAG seeks a self-starter who is able to effectively analyze workforce/laborshed trends and connect community needs to student career interests. The SPM will facilitate hosting employers in the classrooms and onsite work-based learning experiences (i.e. site tours, job shadows, internships, pre-apprenticeships/apprenticeships). This full-time, 12 month position requires a dedicated individual who is confident, personable and can work collaboratively with our school and community partners. Experience working with youth, developing and implementing work-based and career coaching, school-to-work transition, and business/industry relationships is preferred.

Program Manager (Statewide)
iJAG is seeking a statewide manager responsible for supervising and monitoring iJAG Specialists’ quality program implementation. The successful candidate will have passion and purpose that aligns with the iJAG mission. Excellent communication skills are required. Competency with qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring progress toward goals is essential.   Additionally, the applicant will have extensive experience in professional development, conducting training, data analysis, and will serve as a member of the leadership team.  

Education Specialist - Wilson Middle School (Cedar Rapids)
iJAG seeks a middle school Education Specialist to fill a position at the Cedar Rapids School District at Wilson Middle School The Specialist will facilitate our learner centered program working with 7-8 graders.  This full-time, 12 month position requires a dedicated educator who is confident, a self-starter and can work collaboratively with our school and community partners. Experience working with youth facing multiple challenges, developing and implementing project-based and experiential education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and service learning is preferred.
