iJAG is committed to making education in Iowa even better. We are doing this by working closely with school districts across the state to decrease dropout rates and increase graduation rates. Director of Program Development and Continuous Improvement
iJAG seeks a Director of Program Development and Continuous Improvement to both guide and advance the iJAG program area. This position has a leadership role in the alignment of program training, personnel development, and overall performance analysis for all iJAG program staff.  The Director is responsible for the management and development of iJAG programs at the local school level and statewide, and assures the quality implementation of the iJAG model.

Education Specialist - 11/12 grade (Mt. Pleasant, United Township Education Center - Quad Cities, IL)

iJAG seeks a high school Education Specialist to fill a positions at Mt. Pleasant and United Township Education Center (East Moline, IL)The Specialist will facilitate our learner-centered program working with 11-12 graders.  This full-time, 12 month position requires a dedicated educator who is confident, a self-starter and can work collaboratively with our school and community partners. Experience working with youth, developing and implementing project-based and experiential education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and service learning is preferred.

Education Specialist - 9/10 grade (Red Oak, Cedar Rapids - Washington High School)

iJAG seeks a high school Education Specialist to fill a positions at Cedar Rapids Washington High School and Red Oak High SchoolsThe Specialist will facilitate our learner-centered program working with 9-10 graders.  This full-time, 12 month position requires a dedicated educator who is confident, a self-starter and can work collaboratively with our school and community partners. Experience working with youth, developing and implementing project-based and experiential education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and service learning is preferred.   

Education Specialist - Middle School (Keokuk, Perry)

Experience working with youth, developing and implementing project-based and experiential education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and service learning is preferred.
