iJAG is building a "Future Ready" workforce. We are responsible for over 18 years of success with students - iJAG provides a  leadership and career readiness program to students who have experienced trauma andmultiple barriers to success. Our program develops projects that are connected to performance competencies which are needed in order for our students to: succeed in school, thrive in the workplace, and lead productive and fulfilling lives. Our vision is to lead every iJAG student to graduation, post-secondary education, a successful career, and life-long learning.

iJAG is committed to making education in Iowa even better. We are doing this by working closely with school districts across the state to decrease dropout rates and increase graduation rates. We are also responsible for guiding and helping develop students who are at the highest risk of disengaging and/or dropping out of school. iJAG students need additional support - are you up to the challenge?
