Program Manager
Do you have a deep belief in the potential of all kids?  This is your opportunity to make a difference!  iJAG is a premier school-to-work organization building hope and resiliency in the lives of thousands of students annually.  iJAG is seeking two (2) statewide managers responsible for supervising and monitoring iJAG Specialists’ quality program implementation. The successful candidate will have passion and purpose that aligns with the iJAG mission. Excellent communication skills are required. Competency with qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring progress toward goals is essential.   Additionally, the applicant will have extensive experience in professional development, conducting training, data analysis, and will serve as a member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in education with experience in an educational setting, and skills necessary to support and manage staff.

Education Specialist (Columbus, NE)
Do you have a deep belief in the potential of all kids?  This is your opportunity to make a difference!  iJAG is a premier school-to-work organization building hope and resiliency in the lives of thousands of students annually.  Specialists bring relationships and relevance into the classroom through engaging project based learning opportunities on a daily basis.  iJAG seeks a high school Education Specialist to fill a position at the Columbus High School in Columbus, NEThe Specialist will facilitate our learner centered program working with 11-12 graders.  This full-time, 12 month position requires a dedicated educator who is confident, a self-starter and can work collaboratively with our school and community partners. Experience working with youth, developing and implementing project-based and experiential education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and service learning is preferred.   

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree, teaching experience, excellent communication, data entry and analysis creativity, high-functioning team player, ability to advocate for youth and confidence with relationship building among iJAG stakeholders.  Teacher certificate and/or relevant experience desired.  Experience in fields addressing resiliency is a plus.
