To accomplish this work iJAG provides an individualized and holistic approach that occurs in and out of the classroom. Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates is nationally accredited and has produced a 95% graduation rate with participating students last year in Iowa. Laurie Phelan, President and CEO of iJAG said “The Career Development Conference is always such an amazing day that we can highlight our students’ successes and thank those employers who assist in our work in so many ways. We could not serve our students so effectively without the time, talent and treasure of our many business and community partnerships”.
