Iowa was the proud host of the 2023 JAG Annual Meeting for the JAG Board of Directors and its chair Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds in summer 2023. Board members include bipartisan Governors and legislatures, Fortune 500 executives, top career development leaders and community leaders.

We had the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions about the progress and pathways to continued student success, private-sector partnership growth and program innovation. iJAG President & CEO Dr. Wendy Mihm-Herold helped provide insightful thought-leadership, examples of innovation and success metrics while iJAG employer partners, students and alumni shared impact statements that testify to our impact. 

Longtime employer partners John Deere and Principal Financial Group played a key role in explaining the importance of private sector partnerships and its benefits on student outcomes.
