Be a virtual judge! The 2024 Career Development Conference

Volunteer and support the state’s largest youth leadership conference of the year! iJAG is looking for 240 virtual volunteers to judge preliminary student competitions between February 5 – 9, 2024. Competitions include Business Plan, Career Prep, Prepared Speaking, Project-Based Learning Showcase, Employability Skills, and the L.O.V.E. Project.

Throughout February, serve as a virtual judge for preliminary student competitions that lead into the 2024 Career Development Conference. Help score, coach, and mentor students in one of six presentation categories. Your time commitment to help is approximately an hour – but your impact will be HUGE as the top competitors will move on to the statewide competition. Stay tuned for those details coming soon!
